CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received in writing on or before May 13, 2011, will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Cancellations received after May 13, 2011 will not be refunded.
EARLY REGISTRATION
Early registration will close on May 29, 2011 at 11:59 PM EST. Onsite registration is welcome and will be available at the InterContinental beginning Friday, June 3, at 7:00 a.m. On-site registration fees are the same as those listed above.
